Hotels and Booking

We have reserved a number of hotel rooms in the city centre of Bergen. Special rates are available only for rooms booked through the online conference registration system.

The prices of the hotel rooms are fixed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). The quotations in EURO are approximate and based on an exchange rate: NOK 1 = €0,11423.

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. In the latter case an invoice will be sent to your email address upon registration.

Cancellation received before August 1: Full refund*
Cancellation received after August 1: 1 night's charge
Cancellation received after August 15: No refund

* Minus a cancellation fee of NOK 350 (€40)
