Call for Papers

The submission deadline was February 15, 2009.

You were kindly invited to submit papers to be considered for presentation at the EFA 2009 meeting. We encourage authors to submit papers in the broad area of finance. The meeting will host a Symposium on Private Equity and Funds of Private Equity and four special research sessions. We also encourage authors to submit papers to the symposium and the special research sessions. All submitted papers (to the symposium, to the special research sessions, as well as to the regular sessions) will pass the same review process.

We are very happy for the sposorships for the special research sessions and the symposium from The European Central Bank, Argentum Private Equity, and Viz Risk Management. It goes without writing that we are of course equally happy for the general sponsorships and support for the meeting from SKAGEN Funds, The Finance Market Fund, and The Research Council of Norway.

Doctoral students can, in addition to submitting to the general meeting, submit papers to the Doctoral Tutorial.
