For online registration you can pay by credit card or bank transfer. In the latter case an invoice will be sent to your email address upon registration.

On-site registration will be available during the conference days at the following locations and hours:

*Only applies to full-time PhD students. PhD students must send a letter from their department's chair confirming their status.

Participants who have paid €50 in submission fee get a €50 discount in the registration fee.

Fee coverage 
- Admission to all academic sessions (August 20 and 21 - whole day, August 22 - half day)
- Mandatory membership of the European Finance Association for 2009 (including subscription to the Review of Finance). 
- Welcome reception (August 19 - early evening)**.
- Refreshments during breaks***.
- 3 conference lunches (August 20, 21 and 22)***.

Not included
Conference supper (August 21 - evening)**: Admission fee: NOK 440 (€50) per ticket for both participants and accompanying persons.

In case of cancellation, the registration fee minus handling charges (NOK 350 / €40) will be refunded, provided the cancellation is made in writing up to July 1, 2009. After this date no refund can be made for cancellations.

The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
